Pricing rates are subject to change.
The changes and effective date will be announced
on this Web Site at least one week before
they go into effect. Any jobs already
scheduled would not be affected by the change.
For
home PC users, payment
is due at completion of service
by cash or check.
For small business, payment
is due at completion of your first service
by cash or check, and thereafter, you have a Net
10 day option.
On
any service work done, where
it is determined that the problem is the result
of user error, user oversight, etc. labor is
chargeable in accordance with the standard
rates.

Labor
is in one half hour increments. Labor over
20 minutes defaults to the next half hour,
and Labor under 20 minutes would be discarded.
(i.e.: 50 to 60 minutes shall be considered as 1
hour of labor as would 60 to 79 minutes.)
